Our mission is to create jewelry that allows you to showcase your personality and we do this through our bespoke jewelry which is custom designed and handcrafted just for you.
How it Works

Complete the request form below for your jewellery design appointment. The request form gives us important information to discuss during your design consultation with our jewellery designer.

We will contact you on WhatsApp within 2-4 working days from receiving your request form to schedule an initial design consultation in person, via zoom or telephone call as per your preference. During this consultation we will discuss the information you shared on the request form and get a general idea of how you would like your design to be.

Generally within 10 working days after your design consultation, we will provide you with design options and an initial estimated quote.

Once you approve the design we require a 50% deposit. Once the payment is completed, we can then begin the process of manufacturing your special illustra piece!

All of the pieces in our workshop are made by hand and this process generally takes between 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and the rarity of the gem stones used.

When your piece is ready, we will contact you to arrange the delivery.
